The only caveat to my voting "Hurts" is that I'd say he's really just reaffirming a standing America earned well before he came along.
Not like this, though. Trump has taken us to a new low.
I'd call it superficiality catching up with reality; the Bush Regime was still worse. As long as Bush/Obama/etc have yet to be brought to Justice for their atrocities, Trump can truthfully say he's just following precedent.
Insults and threats make America look petty and weak. Under Trump that is exactly what America is.
