I say no. One, we may need it given we've abandoned developing other energy sources and sources beyond what we control may be hard to access, and two, people need to really understand the cost of the actions "we" choose.

Okay, but this is softening the impact of conditions that we (i.e., Trump) created. Let's just ensure it's restocked for events outside our control.
