Ukraine has been very careful to avoid attacks on the civilian population unlike Russia. It is not clear if the residential building was hit by an errant drone or an errant interceptor. Ukraine should hit everything else including military targets, petrochemical plants, bridges, rail lines, and the electrical grid. Russia started this. It needs to pay a large enough price to withdraw. Slava Ukraini!
Agree 100%. Avoid civilian casualties, but it's too easy for Russia to prolong the fight if they're not feeling it at home. So impressed with the resourcefulness and will of Ukraine. They deserve the respect and full support of the US and NATO.
