Term limits swap out experienced lawmakers for lobbyists and staff who never leave. If you're voting yes, who do you trust to fill that knowledge gap?

Who says those lobbyists and apparatchiks shouldn't be yoked with term-limits too? At least with term-limits, A) Said apparatchiks will become harder to overlook B) There will be more circulation, more people who can say they've been in Congress C) It will corrode the 'Congress community', which is actually a huge problem because the great irony we face is that our government has effectively seceded from the country! They care more about each other than their constituencies.
