With the growing capabilities of AI, which will inevitably take jobs (in addition to creating many, but I think the balance will be reduced employment), we'll need some kind of basic guaranteed income. Something we need to begin planning for today.
if you're voting yes, what's your number and what are you cutting to pay for it. curious where the line is between "guaranteed income" and "just a bigger welfare check.
