But this is another technicality that is just muddying the waters... the SC said that states did not have grounds for filing the the challenge because they had not yet been officially "harmed" ... so we have to wait for the harm to occur before they rule against it?
Feels like he's creating drama just to further undermine people's trust in the process. He sows doubt and then claims to be addressing the doubt he himself created.
the case for support nobody wants to say out loud: fewer mail ballots means fewer chances to challenge or lose them, so results land faster and cleaner. anyone buying that?
