No, it was wrong. Israel does not have a formal constitution like ours but the Israeli Supreme Court has recognized freedom of expression as a foundational democratic freedom and a "supra-legal" right from the earliest days of Israel as a nation." Better would be to revoke Bibi Netanyahu's citizenship and pack him off to the Hague.
